Restoring SitterPack Pro

Open SitterPack, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to renew.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Sharing a Sitter Pack

Open a trip and tap Preview Sitter Pack. Choose the Sitter Guide or Emergency Card, then tap Share to send it by Messages, Mail, AirDrop or save it to Files. Your sitter doesn't need the app.

Door codes and passwords

Access details are left out of your Sitter Pack unless you turn on "Include in Sitter Pack" for each one. You'll see a warning in the preview whenever sensitive information is included.

Reminders aren't appearing

Check that Departure Reminders is on in SitterPack's Settings, and that notifications are allowed for SitterPack in the iOS Settings app. Reminders are only scheduled for trips you've finished setting up.

App lock

App lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. If Face ID doesn't recognize you, iOS offers your passcode instead. If your device no longer has a passcode, SitterPack turns app lock off so you're never locked out.

Moving to a new iPhone

SitterPack's information moves with an iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone. SitterPack doesn't sync between devices yet.
